Where FlowCon works, Collingwood to the GTA
Two clusters, and the work is genuinely different in each. Up on the shoreline it is sand, a short season and properties nobody is living in midweek. Collingwood is two watering problems in one town. The newer subdivisions sit on sand that drains before the cycle finishes. The older streets near the harbour sit on ground that holds it. FlowCon programmes for the ground the lawn is actually on.
